YDN Academy is a young independent, proudly 100% black female owned recruitment, skills reference and funds administration company founded by Dimpho Thobejane, with a BEE Level 1 status. Dimpho has thrived in her business and is well respected by her clients, as well as her employees. YDN specializes in the hosting of Career Expo’s, educational funds administration and providing the best and most trusted, first-rate staffing solutions, temporary and permanent, to government and private sectors, with our main focus specifically on Black Economic Empowerment Recruitment within South Africa. With combined experience of more than 15 years in recruitment and administration, our team of consultants and researchers have mastered the process of matching the best suitable individuals with organization nationwide.   We are using our expertise in recruitment to empower the youth by placing them into on-job training programs where they will gain industry experience, earn an income and complete their trade test so that they can become more employable at the end of the program. Our Career Expo’s take place during weekends and school holidays to ensure that determined grade 11, 12 and unemployed youth can attend so they can gain career advice, apply for university and learn about new and exciting learnership opportunities available I the job market. Next year we will be coordinating provincial career expo’s , particularly in rural areas.
